Port Of Kennewick - Wine Village,
Kennewick, WAThe Columbia Wine Village is a three building wine production and tasting facility. Each building has a production bay area and a two story loft / wine event space. The three buildings total 13,000 square feet. The project was done for the Port of Kennewick and the spaces are leased to independant wineries.

West Richland Municipal Services,
West Richland, WAThe West Richland Municipal Services project consisted of two buildings. The main office building is a 14,000 square foot office area for the main city operations and includes council chambers for the West Richland Mayor and elected officicals. The second building is a 13,000 square foot shop building that houses the vehicle maintenace garage as well as offices for the city maintenance staff

Pasco Police Station,
Pasco, WAThe Pasco Police Station is a 38,000 square foot builidng with offfice areas for the Pasco Police Department. The builidng included areas for an excersize room and associated locker rooms, vehicle investigation garage, secure evidence processing and storage area, as well as public community rooms.

Pasco, WAThe Parsons Office Building is a 22,500 square foot single sotry office building located in Pasco Wa. This project was for a data tech company that leased the space from the Port Of Pasco.
