  • Flex Space Business Center, Phase 2
    Richland, WA

    Commercial storefront shop space. This was the second retail / shop space that we provided for our client.

  • Solgen Power Main Headquarters,
    Pasco, WA

    Solgen Power, a solar installation and distribution company, came to us for their new headquarters. Originally they were asking for a 2 story building that they would only occupy 50% however as their company grew they ended up taking up the full 18,400 square foot building. We were happy to work with them revising the drawings as needed and still get them in there space on time and under budget.

  • Tightline Ventures Retail,
    Kennewick, WA

    A local designer had developed preliminary drawings for their new two story 13,200 square foot retail building but needed a licensed professional to help get their plans into the city for permit. We were happy to take what they had developed and add all the code requirements and other information needed to complete the set for permit.

  • Northwest Equipment Sales (Mack/Volvo),
    Burbank, WA

    Northwest Equipment Sales was expanding into the Tri-City area and they needed a new facility in Burbank WA. We were able to provide them with a two story 28,000 square foot commercial truck dealership and repair shop. The project included a large, two story parts department and associated show room and offices.
