    Wire Tech came to us looking to expand their business out of their existing garage space. They ask us to develop plans for a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) storefront office and distribution center with storage loft. This building was split into two separate tenant spaces for them to rent out the second portion and leave them room for future growth.

    Allied Potato needed to expand their current location in Pasco. The office is a one story 4,600 square foot wood structure built adjacent to their new 57,000 square foot potato processing facility.

    Our client came to us asking for assistance with a 66,000 square foot mini storage facility. We were able to provide both architectural and structural support. This facility also includes an office space with a small apartment above.

  • D & D Tri-Rivers Excavating New Warehouse And Office,
    Richland, WA

    D & D Excavating outgrew their office in West Richland. We provided them with a one story pre-engineered metal building warehouse and a two story office suite at one end. The project also included a new office at the other end of the building for a new tenant.
