  • The Human Bean Coffee Shop,
    Kennewick, WA

    An existing Douch Bro coffee stand had relocated to a new building and we were contacted to renovate the existing building into a new coffee shop. This project removed all the previous exterior elements back to studs and expanded with a new updated look and feel.

  • Hidden Meadows Apartments,
    Kennewick, WA

    Two Story 26 unit apartment complex. Project was split into two phases. Phase one included a 12 unit two story apartment building and site modifications. Phase two included the remaining 14 unit two story apartment building.

  • LuLu Craft Bar,
    Richland, WA

    LuLu Craft Bar + Kitchen is located on the waterfront in Richland. The project included a multi-level dining area and bar plus an outside seating area. To accommodate the local climate the roof was extended out over the patio but care was given to maintain the openness of the riverfront view from the interior dining area.

  • Astoria Family Housing,
    Astoria, OR

    Astoria Family Housing consisted of one and three story 30 unit townhomes complex for military housing. Each townhome consisted of either a two-plex or four-plex design to accommodate terrane. Five different types of units were developed to provide three and four bedroom units as well as two handicap accessible units. Project was constructed in 2012 and was designed while working for Tetra Tech.
