Infinity Homes New Office And Shop,
Richland, WAInfinity homes outgrew their existing location and came to us for a new one story pre-engineered metal building warehouse with two story office suite at one end. The 9,800 square foot office area is divided into two suites for a future tenant and expansion space. The 18,700 square foot shop area is divided into three compartments for storage and product assembly.

Richland, WAThis is a three story 11,900 square foot office building. The project utilized a split building design with offices on the second and third floor and a daylight basement for a physical therapy office on the ground floor eliminating the need for an elevator.
